Branch and Liaison Office

Branch Office: Branch Office is established by a foreign company to fulfil its contractual obligations with the public or private sector in Pakistan. Their activity will be restricted to the work mentioned in the agreement/contract signed. However, branch offices cannot perform any commercial or trading activities.

Liaison Office: Liaison Office is registered by a foreign company for promotion of products and services , provision of technical advice & assistance, exploring the possibility of joint collaboration and export promotion. However liaisons office cannot perform any commercial or trading activities.

Required Documents to register branch and liaisons office

1. 1. Copy of registration certificate of the foreign company duly attested by Pakistan embassy .
   2. Copy of Articles and Memorandum of Association or Charter
   3. Copy of Company Profile.
   4. Copy of Resolution passed by the company to establish a branch /liaison office in Pakistan
