3. Client Responsibilities

• Submit all necessary documents in a timely manner
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon
• Inform us of any changes that may affect your tax or business status
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information

5. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid before service delivery unless otherwise agreed
• Government fees and charges are additional to our service fees
• Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy
• Late payment may result in service delays or suspension
• All prices are subject to change with prior notice

8. Accuracy Guarantee

We provide a 100% accuracy guarantee on our services, subject to:

• Accurate and complete information provided by the client
• Timely submission of all required documents
• No changes in applicable laws or regulations
• Compliance with all terms and conditions

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Service not delivered as promised due to our error
• Significant errors in our work that cannot be corrected
• Cancellation before work has commenced
• Government fees are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service delivery

10. Intellectual Property
